To begin, an account and consultation are required for all new guests, clients receiving color services, and returning clients after one year. After account creation, please contact the Experience Concierge within 24 hours to schedule. Consultation fees are separate and may be applied toward services requiring a deposit. A card on file and agreement to all policies are required.

The voice behind the bookings. She manages inquiries, schedules, offerings, and client coordination with care, ensuring every booking is simple, organized, and stress-free.

- Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Only Express Booking appointments are completely online. All à la carte appointments are personally managed by Jenay to ensure a seamless experience. Hair-related questions are directed to Angelice Tasha, while requests for calls or off-site meetings are coordinated through our Experience Concierge.

Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
